Service Description
60 minutes is great for injury prevention or rehabilitation focusing just on the areas that you need attention. This session does not encompass full body techniques, we will choose a focused problem area that you are dealing with and work the muscles around that portion of the body. Upper body- Neck, Arms, Shoulders, and Back Lower body- Hips, Glutes, Legs and feet
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. In the event of a contagious illness or an emergency that prevents attendance, clients are encouraged to contact Essence In Motion at the earliest opportunity. Failure to provide notice for missed appointments will result in a charge of the full service price.
